Title: My 1986 Longbed Stepsides?
Post by: Copper 86 on April 22, 2014, 08:36:11 pm
Here is a couple pics of my 86. It used to be a local Electric contractors truck , they hasd removed the rear fenders and bolted on tool bedsides, when I bought it the fenders had been bolted back on. There are very few around here but I do remember the state and county had a few back in the day.

Going to keep it pretty stock. Maybe future TBI conversion , new wood in bed, different rear bumper and I am looking for 16.5 x10 steel wheels (Camper Special wheels)for rear , they look real clean with the hubcap tucked in the wider wheel.

What year did they switch to using a door on the fuel filler?

Broncos switched in 77

The contractor tool boxes that bolt on a stepside are pretty cool.  I've only see that one time

I know step side changed in 79.  Not positive about fleet sides.
