So my blinkers stopped working. When I try to use them it cancels the brake light on whatever side I am trying to get to work but it doesn't blink. The fuse is still good and the hazards still work so it can't be the relay can it? I changed out the blinker module under the steering wheel hoping it had a short or something but still no turn signals. Any clue?

What year and model vehicle?
Assuming that you verified the bulbs aren't burned out and that they are making good connection in the sockets, there are two flashers - turn and hazard. Swap the flashers to see what happens. You may have a weak turn flasher.

Its an 84 Silverado k10 with a 305. I only see one flasher that is marked turn signal and hazard

Okay, I feel like and idiot but problem solved. I thought the turn signal flasher and the hazard flasher were the same one. I popped out the hazard flasher from the top of the fuse block and popped it into the turn signal spot and they work. Thanks for the answer...
