Ive got 1983 Chevy C-10, with an inline 6, 250. With almost 250k miles, the headgasket finally blew. Im wanting to drop in an older 350 I have laying around the house. As far as wiring and such, what needs to be changed, if anything? I know the engine mounts and radiator will need to be changed, but am I missing anything?
Its just an old work truck, that I drive 60 miles a day, but as much as I have read, I will even get better gas mileage out of the 350 than the I-6.

If it is a mild 350 or stock it can probably get away with using the stock radiator for now. The frame mounts on the crossmember have to be moved from the 6 position to the 8 position. the mounts on the engine will need to be obtained. If it is just a simple carb setup you should be able to note where the current wiring got on the 6 and make it work on the 8.
