Title: Seat belt differences

Pulled the receivers from my 1982 donor truck
Bought some other shoulder belts supposedly from a 82

They dont match

The ones from the donor trick are the skinny ones

Anyone know what year recover I need to get for the shoulder belts with the wide plug?

Seems to me I could safely grind off the wide part spot would fit

Anyone else done that?

The shoulder belts in the donor truck were chewed up by mice in a couple spots(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/05/12/8e3ena8a.jpg)

from what i understand bucket seats came stock with different buckles than bench seats.
heres one on ebay guy says 81-87
