Title: Engine code "CAF"

Just got around to looking up the engine code on my 77. PO led me to believe it was a 350, now I'm not so sure. The engine code is CAF314163 Date code is V0924TDF
Any ideas?

http://www.nastyz28.com/spmenu.html is the source I use.  Bookmark it for future use.  The numbers you are referring to starting with CAF is a partial VIN of the 3/4T truck the engine came from
