Title: PROPER WAY TO TELL IF CLUTCH FAN IS WORKING?

Pretty self explanatory I have 454 tbi that i'm going through the cooling system, just want to be through.

Spin the fan when it is cold it should spin but come to a stop.  Get it to operating temp and the turn off the motor and try to spin the fan, it shouldn't move.
