Title: Help on where tobuy a part

Guys,
I have a 76 K10 and I am looking for a smog piece it is a TRC Throttle return control system. it is just a vacuum pot type solenoid if anybody has a part number or info where I can get on that would be great.

I have looked through this post and this is what I am looking for I just need to know where to get one of if there is a different name I can use to get it at a local auto parts.

Good luck on finding it.  I've never seen those valves reproduced aftermarket, which is curious.  I replaced one of the very last available through the GM PDC in the early 90's.  If you can finagle an OE part number (the GM valve in the linked post is 460111) try eBay or a general Internet search.  Often a source for obsolete parts, Vintage Parts (http://www.vpartsinc.com/) doesn't show any in stock.  If you manage to locate a source, please let us know.

      Welcome from Galt, CA.  If you can not locate one, go to the local Chevy dealership and ask for an OEM # as bd suggested, then ask if they know where to find one, sometimes you can get lucky and the guy at the counter likes older Chevy's.
