Question reguarding truck bed/stance....ive seen many 73-87 trucks from behind that seem to sit what id describe as unevenly, that is, the bed seems to sit way lower on 1 side then the other, almost as if the frame would be twisted. Not to sound stupid but...what could cause this?? is this a suspension issue/ bad spring on 1 side/ bad cab mounts/ possible twisted frame??

could be spring fatigue, some alignment shops will take note on how big the driver is just so they accommodate the extra weight. i have heard of some leaving the passengers door open but its the same deal with springs over time if one side sees more weight ie big driver or fuel tank then that side will tend to sag more than the other. or just something is bent

Any of these could be the answer, until you get in there and start measuring and seeing what is off it's only guessing.

Mine was a sagged rear spring.

My experience are that sometimes one side of the cab bushing is bad -and that the bed is actually level.
