I know some of you race your trucks,and I fully plan on racing mine occassionally when its done,but what you guys think it will run..her goes..
.060 over 454(4-bolt),10.25:1 forged pistons(.25 dome),fully balanced,comp cam .595 lift solid,ported oval ports,stainless (2.19/1.88) valves, crane gold roller rockers,gear drive,rpm air gap intake,850 dp holley,ceramic headers,3" dual exhaust(sounds bad azz),with 2 chamber flows,all msd ignition,th400,reverse pattern,full manual VB,3500 stall,3.89 posi,running 325/50 drag radials on back,with homeade traction bars....
  Just curious what ya'll think it'll do..

Sounds nice, i'd race you in my stock 87 C-10 350tbi, but you'd blow me to #$#%!!!

Good luck with your truck, if and when you start racing.

If i was you, i'd just stick to racing hondas and rice burners and the like, the satisfaction when you fly by them is so much greater. :lol   :lol   :lol   :lol   :lol   :lol   :lol

Lead my 75 C-10 shortstep runs 13.90s with a very mild 454 & 3.73s

Provided you get decent traction, I bet you are good for high 12's easy.

Your setup sounds pretty close to mine, so get out there and time it so I know what i am dealing with when I get that far on my resto.  :)
