Hello everyone new here to the forum. So my wife bought me a 81 c10 project to build while in school. One problem there is rust thru the cab floor where can I find a cab for my truck?

you can replace the floor

you can replace the floor
There are parts sold here on this site which are very reasonably priced and good quality. Or you can look around for a cab that is being parted out or a whole truck that is cheap so you can steal the cab.
Really depends on what part of the country you live in. Out here in CA. I can find rust free one's all the time, in the mid-west to east coast, not so much.

I just finished replacing both drivers side and passenger side floor pans in my 83 K10. Took some work but looks great. I should mention I also replaced both inner and outer rocker panels on both sides as well. Everything welded in no rivets etc...

I don't recommend a whole new can just for a rusted floor, you might have some hard luck finding anything better for a good price, especially in the same colour if that's an issue. I'd recommend either talking to a good body shop for advice. If your willing to do a little fab work I would just do a Google search for "replacement floor pans" for your vehicle, the prices seem pretty reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. Well whichever way you go best of luck to ya. I'm gonna have to get around to doing the same thing here sooner or later.

Not hard to do
I replaced the floors in my 66 thunderbird
My 74 bronco and several other cars
If you buy the pre made patch panels
It's easy
Use the new panel as a guide
Cut out the bad spots Slightly smaller than the new panel
Tack weld the new floor in on top
You Cen rent a small welder from just about any tool rental
