Title: Number of Leafs

So...really basic question here.

I need new spring packs for my '79 C10 with 56" springs.  I see packs listed a 7/1 or 8/1. 

Does that mean 7 leafs + that heavy piece under the bottom leaf (7/1)?

I count 7 "normal" leafs on my current packs, well on my good one, the other side has like 5.5.  :P
