The problem that i am having is after applying the brakes the brakes the front ones stay locked up until i remove the booster hose and relieve the pressure.I have replaced the check valve at the booster and still does it. Any help would be great . Thank you.

First off welcome to the site, you do realize this is a site dedicated to 73-87 Chevy trucks. Unless a member has a year like yours and similar problems, you are only going to get a lot of guessing.
This truck has electronic controls also, so you would need to find out if it is electrical or mechanical or both.
Have you tried to take it to a shop for them to look at it ?
This is just a obvious observation on my part, but you say you can remove the booster hose and relief the pressure, did you put in the right check valve and in the right direction ? For some reason it will not allow the fluid to return and is keeping it trapped at the front brakes, you could at least stop by a shop and ask someone for their opinion and go from there.
