I just installed the following all new wiring and components
Pioneer MVH-X370BT
Front Pioneer TS-A878 3.5 60W 4 ohm
Back 4x10 160 W
10" kicker sub 600W
600W kicker sub
First two days worked well then all speakers stop when I disconnected the front left speaker wires (pioneer 3.5) the other three came on sound great reconnect front left all stop. Any ideas? Short in speaker? Thanks in advance

Swap the front speakers side-to-side to see if the problem follows.

I swap speakers and it works however I get the same thing runs on three but the fourth shuts down the sound when I disconnect the fourth sound comes back sub stays on throughout.
-
So, if any three speakers (excluding the sub) are connected the three work; but, if you hook up the fourth, none work? Recheck all your wiring and connections.

The fourth speaker you are hooking up is either got a problem with the wiring or the speaker itself. If you switched sides with the problem speaker, and the 3 worked and when you plugged in the 4th speaker to the other side and it shut everything down (like bd suggested) then I would say you have a problem with that speaker.

The left front wasn't working / shut off the volume when connected. I disconnected the LF speaker wire at the radio and used the wires from the LR radio to the LF speaker and it worked, so not the speaker. I connected the RF speaker with the other set of radio wires and off it went. I will check all the connects thanks for the input.

Reconnected all wiring no change speakers go out after around 5 minutes could the radio be bad?
-
Other than the sub are you powering all speakers directly from the head unit or using an amp?
-
What impedance speakers are you using? A better question is whether or not you have checked that they are compatible with your head unit?

I have a 600 w kicker amp plus the base (600w) and the speakers are connects through the standard wires that come with the radio. The speakers are 4 ohm

Have you tried to leave the left front speaker disconnected to see if it will work for any length of time ? More than 5 min say.

That channel is grounding out somehow. Pioneer has a built in safety feature that cuts the highs and mids when any of the main 4 channels are grounded. This is to prevent burning up the Moser amplifier. You may have a blown voice coil...or as I have done many a times..your +\- wire is grounding on the dash somewhere.
