I found a great deal of military tires and wheels and have a 4" lift. My truck is more of a daily driver tow rig so no need to have a lot of flex. Does anyone have this setup? If so pics would be appreciated thanks!

I would say no! You might get away with 35's but that would be it in my opinion.

I'm thinking you would have to trim the front fenders to get them to fit.
How wide are the rims?

with 6" 38s should fit but you rub a little one bumps and turns

As fitz said, rim width makes a big difference, they might fit in the wheel well, but I wouldn't drive it around any corners or over any bumps.

backspacing can be a factor too not just width

I. Currently have 4" RC and am running 35x12.5 on old MT 15/10.5 wheels with no issues. The biggest concern is the width. Since they r military tires they may fit fine but the rear part of the front fenders is where you will run into an issue first. Swing by if you can pop one on the front and turn it lock to lock.. Problem solved
