Title: lights dim on acceleration

I'm more or less, double-checking....

I just noticed this evening, when I started the truck. In neutral or gear, if I step on the gas, the headlights dim a little. It's a brand new battery, so I'm guessing the alternator or voltage regulator is going bad? Or is this maybe normal on these trucks?
