Where do you find out the color of your vehicle's paint?
I understand there is supposed to be a two letter/digit writing somewhere.
Thanks.

It should be on the RPO sheet that is taped to the inside of your glovebox.

Sticker in the glove box, 1985 or newer. Older can be on the fenderwell under the hood. Either one should tell you what color it was originally...

Thank you all.
I have that sticker with me. I brought that piece to the paint-shop but they said to look for something with 2 letters, not three. It can all be a little confusing I guess.
The two lines on the bottom-left of the sticker from the Glovebox say:
2Y1 | SOLID PAINT
25P | LIGHT BLUE METALLIC
I had the truck painted 2 years ago but am pretty sure we went with the same scheme. The door jams have the factory paint still on them and it looks identical to the new job.
Thanks again.

Zieg,
I don't see the paint color on yours..

2Y1 - Solid Paint, means not a two tone paint scheme.
25P - Light Blue Metallic, factory paint code.
