Title: Is the axle the same?

So I was looking at parts for my truck and came across a disc brake kit for a 67-70 with 6 lug on the rear.  Are these years the same 12 bolt axle that's in my truck?  (1978 K10 SB)

i want to say no. if it was an aftermarket kit they would try and get as much profit as possible and they would say all the axles it fits not only 3 years worth

I have seen some kits on Flea bay That stated 63-86..Not sure why they would stop at 86 though.
