how do i take the studs out of the rear drum brakes? and how do i install the new studs? thankx for any help

The studs are pressed into the axle.  You would have to remove the drum brakes and knock them out.  Do you have some that are broke?

no but they are rusted and i want to replace them with longer so that i can put on acorn lug nuts, because i dont put much trust in the type that are on there now, its just something i want to do is all

Make sure you use antiseize when you install new studs and nuts.
