Title: Tranny lines

So I just installed new transmission lines (not in the factory positions) and had to mount them down with some custom mounts. And noticed over time they are rubbing against the mounts. So I was wondering if I could use some wire loom I had lying around to isolate the brackets so it stops rubbing or do the lines get to warm.

Any ideas?

Hose or grommets would be a much better option, I'm assuming metal lines, the fluid in one of those lines is gonna be around 200 degrees F.  Metal lines are going to soak some of that heat and reach similar temps
