This truck was origonaly my mothers and no one knows the brand of these wheels and i dont want to change them, but i want the fronts in a 8" maybe 9" and i cant find them anywhere that match right... if you guys could help me out i would greatly appreciate it!

I've been a huge fan of these rims since I bought my first pair for my Camaro in high school 30 years ago (man, does time fly....). Since then I've owned a few pairs. The Camaro pics are cell phone shots I just snapped of old pictures hanging on my wall. Probably not the best photos, but they bring back great memories.
The set I purchased new were made by American Racing as Zieg pointed out.
These were a popular rim back in the day and many companies made similar style " aluminum slots ".
Companies like U.S. Mags, E T mags, and Superior come to mind
The only way to know for sure what you have is to dismount a tire from the rim and see if the company name is stamped inside it.
I still have a set of these rims on my 81 stepside.
These wheels take me back in time.

Sometimes the manufacturer is stamped or cast on the backside (brake side) of the rim.

I've checked the wheels and they aren't stamped on the outside, and I have yet to find a new set from anyone that are 15s and not drag wheels. I'm setting this truck as a daily so drag wheels are a no go. I've thought abou wheel spacers but I'm not the hugest fan of that idea. The rears fitment is dang perfect to the body but the fronts make it's stance a bit pigeon toed dice they don't set flush like I would like.
Any suggestions where to find them?

Those are American Racing aluminum slots no doubt about it. I have a set of 15"s I had in the attic for 20 years that I was going to put on my 79 C10 but alas the 15" wheels do not clear the front calipers :-[ because of the BS for the ones I have are more for cars and not trucks.
OP these are not available anywhere for sale new. No one is reproducing them unfortunately. I have run these wheels on most of my muscle cars as they look good on anything from the early 80's and older.

American Racing and U.S. Mags are still making the aluminum slotted rims. You can get them in 15", but the offsets that they offer is limited.
I looked into buying a set for my 69 camaro, but the new ones didn't have the "deep dish" look I wanted.

Ansen Sprint Wheels, slotted mags, aluminum slots, ET's and American racing makes a reproduction in limited sizes but they don't look the same. I have a few sets and these are my fave's

Search "slot mag" or "slots" on ebay or Craigslist should turn up dozens of them
The backspacing and bolt pattern will be important

Sorry if I'm late on this but U.S. Mags makes a pretty similar rim in a pile of offsets and sizes and will do a different finish on them if you give them a call instead of the polished finish.

gotta find a name on em somewhere or maybe inside the tire? probably 50 manufacturers made slot mags. I had a set on my old mustang looked just like that from US indy, IIRC. i know it has indy on it.
