Its short bed with no factory fuel tank no inerfenders no heater  vents or all that no rear bumper stripped in the cab but two seats and dash

this would of been good to know from the first part. idk i never stripped a truck, but what size tank and is it full?

My '74 K10 shortbed, without bumpers and minimal fuel was right at 4,000 lbs on the scales. 

If you have to know the weight exactly, your best bet would be to find a set of scales such as at a truckstop, grain Coop, DOT, scrap metal yard, etc.

As Jason said, you will need to weigh it to find out what it is exactly.  We can only estimate.
