Can you suggest anything to clean the grease/oil off of all the wiring in engine bay?

Is a product I highly recommend.  Read up on it.  Sherwin-Williams sells it, don't know who else does though.

Besides the pressure washer Vile listed... I've used everything from Dawn detergent to Purple Stuff mixed with warm water and then used a rag and scrubbed the gunk off the wiring.

Dishsoap with a plastic bristle brush like a toothbrush or the plastic/brass ones you can buy in stores.

Brake clean and a rag works good too. I've actually used gasoline too.

Not on wiring but for hard parts, purple power mixed with diesel fuel works great.

paint thinner and laquer thinner on a rag. grab one end of the wire and start there working to the other end
