Post by: 83chev4x4 on January 09, 2002, 08:07:00 pm
I need to replace rockers, floor, cab corners, and over the rear wheel wells both sides. How long should it take from the time i cut the first panel to the time i prime it?
Thanks TJ

Depends on how nice of a job you do or how much time you spend. Have you done body work before? ARe you welding or rivitting the panels. When I rebuild a truck it takes anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks from rust bucket to painted rig, I've been doing body work for fifteen years. I slamed a wheel arch on my 86 3/4 ton last week in twenty minutes with rivets, no primer nothing. Going to put a new quater on in the spring just getting a sticker for now.
