Title: HELP filler panel

I need help with the filler panel that goes between the hood and the widshield on my '82 pickup.  How do you hold this thing on?  There are places for it to screw into the firewall on the hood side but I can't figure out how to hold it down on the windshield side.  Is there a special fastener?  Where do I get it?

There are holes in the cab for corasponding tabs that stick out to go into. I would think that these would be avalible through GM.
