Title: Looking for a front bumper

Ok so I have a 1978 cheyenne 1/2ton and I'm looking for a front bumper with light holes I have seen one with round lights but I'm looking for one with square lights I've seen it before (in a picture) but I know they are out there and was wondering if you guys could guide me to what year they are from or maybe tell me where I could buy one or if it would be easier to just punch holes in my current one

Only bumpers with square holes in them are the 81+ bumpers but that was for marker lights. Anything otherwise will be aftermarket or DIY.

Alright thanks yea I knew they were for the signal lights but I figure you could just swap out the bulb to a white one or something like that
