Title: Has anyone seen a square body with a 52" LED light bar?
Post by: kharney77 on January 28, 2015, 10:26:32 pm
Everyone i know is putting them on their new trucks and i want to put it on my 77 k20 but i dont want to drill holes in the roof of the cab i know they make mounts for the door jams so i was wondering if anyone has even seen one on our style trucks do they even look good?

The mounts in the door jams are bolted to the cab, bolted in the jam not to the roof, still have holes in sheet metal.

I personally hate the look of the light bar on top, everyone does it and it's been run dry, same as big lifted trucks with huge rims and tiny tires.

If a lightbar is mounted in a way that it can be stolen where I live they don't last long.

The large rims and tiny tires is because they ran out of money when buying the rims lol.
