So after I press the brake pedal I have to pull it back up manually. Is this a master cylinder issue or a brake booster issue. Or could it be something else? I just converted the rear to disc but I was having this problem before that. When the truck is off the pedal pops back up pretty decent But when it's running it stays pretty close to the floor. What do you guys think?

Thank you very much so sorry for the late reply, I ended up replacing the master cylinder and it's working now! Part of the problem was the bolt that holds the metal tab onto the brake pedal arm was hitting the steering column ( not the original steering column) so I took the bolt out and welded it on. Thank you for the help!
