Title: What torque converter?

What would be the best torque converter for a 454 i was looking at the jegs 2000 rpm stall its about 150 any other options or ideas?

im no expert on these things so im not going to say one thing or the other. i just wanted to milk you for more info so maybe someone else can help.
think of it like this a 350 stalls at 1400 a v6 is about 2k. its recommended to put a 2k stall in a 350 to stall in the power band.

Look up your cam and intake to find out there operating range.  For eg.  1500-6000rpm you could go with a 2000-2500 stall and still be able to drive it around town.  If your cam and intake are rated for higher rim then you may want to consider a 3000 stall.  I would avoid going any higher for the street.
