First pic, heater hoses, on a non-AC truck the heater hoses attach directly to the heater core which is inside the dash, so that looks correct.
Second pic, silicon, I'm not familiar enough with the straight-6's to be any help here, Looks like there was some type of sensor or connector on the intake manifold and someone sealed it with some RTV cause they didn't want to mess with it, the only thing I could think of would be if it's a vacuum port for vacuum assist brakes, which your truck doesn't have. If the truck runs properly, i would get a solid plug for it so it doesn't suck the RTV into the intake and cause a vacuum leak.

I have looked in the manual and cant seam to find anything.. I dont wanted it to be jerry rigged that is for sure. it seams to run fine with the exception of a oil leak but that is a different story.
-
also is my motor what they call the integrated head ? I cannot find anything electrically that plugs into the intake manifold and its not showing on the emissions as well...
-
Yes it is the integrated head they did Chevy did it on the 235 250 292 the intake and head are all one piece and my engine has no sensor anywhere near there think a bolt broke off in the spot and they thought the leak was coming from there so they silly coned it

All vacuum lines

I have that on my 84, it is an AIR tube connection. I am having a hard time finding a replacement because one of mine is leaking

so its just a standard tube that goes there? Where does it go from there?

That pipe plugged off is part of the PAIR - Pulse Air Injection Reaction System. It comes from the A.I.R pump on the front of the motor IF it is still there. It is emmisions equipment.
If you go here and search for Air Injection Reaction you will find the description of it: http://www.73-87chevytrucks.com/techinfo/7387CKMans//Service/X8432_1984_GMC_Light_Duty_Trucks_Service_Manual.pdf
