Can anyone tell me what the GVWR should be on a '74 C30 (Crew Cab / Dually)

CrewCab rear suspension capacity was 7500lbs.

thats all they are is 7500 ? thats rating of a 3/4 ton

how crappy

1 ton are 10,000

Well I HOPE it's 7500lbs - any more would cause me problems with licensing.
