The trans crossmember is attached to the frame with 6 bolts, correct?

I just looked at my shorty, it has an upper frame brace on the passenger side that uses two bolts and the drivers side goes up the outside of the frame rail acting as a sort of brace on that side also. Drivers side uses four bolts although two may have been drilled by me when I put it in, I don't remember. So my brace uses eight bolts not counting the tranny bolts. My t-case also has an auxiliary brace off it's side that attaches to the passenger frame rail. Not certain if that is normal or not.

Yeah, i just took it out---it's 8 bolts.  Well, really 9 because the 9th bolt let's you undo the brace on the passenger side which is tricky because the bolts are against the floor.   Take a look, you'll figure it out.

i think it's 11/16 on the nut and 5/8 on the bolt heads.
