So on my project truck I added 4 in suspension lift and a 3in body lift with 36. Since I added all this and rebuilt the steering box when I turn it right it will pop before it comes close to stoping. Do I need to adjust the pitman arm to get rid of it?

Sounds like your frame may be cracked. Check the area behind your steering box. This is a common flaw in these trucks and it will only get worse with the bigger tires.
There are bolt on and weld on kits to fix this.
I do not think there is an adjustment to the pitman arm. If you haven't added a taller steering arm or a dropped pitman arm this may be causing the steering box to bind because of the bad geometry. Check the frame first! And report back.
