I have a '78 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton short bed 4x4 with 10 bolt rear that needs new rear brake wheel cylinders. This truck has a 350 and NP205 and SM 465.
What size wheel cylinders do I need?

Take off the old one and match it
If the parts book shows 2 or 3 different ones the diameter is usually not an issue
It's the overall length that matters
