Has anyone tried to buy wheel well trim for the 89-91 R/V series? These do not have any character markings (for lack of the proper terms) and are straight aluminum. I have tried to find any yet but are planning to start looking. I'd like to find 2 sets

I managed to find the fronts NOS from a dealer in Mississippi.
This was a couple of years ago after the part number was already discontinued.
Good luck finding the OEMs new. My local Chevy dealer was able to locate them for me.......but as I say it was a couple of years ago and finding any left in any dealer stock may no longer be possible.
I still need the ones for the rear -assuming the Suburban/Blazer has the same wheel opening profile as the long bed pickup box- but I may have to settle for used.

GOOD NEWS: I just got back from a 381 mile round trip and purchased 2 complete sets of OEM moldings. These came from a conversion shop and were new take offs from back in the day. The guy has more if anyone needs them.

I am working out a deal for quantity pricing. I don't think I want to sit on 25 sets but I will see what I can do and maybe start selling them on eBay. Post nice pictures. The ones I got look brand new. I prefer that style over the pre-88 style anyway. I just don't know how many would.

How many does he have?
-
A bunch, I will try and find his contact info if you would like. I tried to judge interest on a few FB groups but the interest wasn't good enough to make the investment.
-
I just talked with the guy. He is going to get a count and price for it all and let me know. He asked me to give him a few days.
-
so whats the other ones (that he sells) look like?
-
Here is a picture off the web. Basically they do not have the indentation or black paint like the 87 or older have.
-
The conversion shop he got these from did this to them and the OEM trim was removed.
-
I need four sets if you can point me in the right direction
-
zieg, What is a round a bout cost on a set of these? Thanks, Lorne

Shipping will be the kicker. I will get some answers and post them up..

I have 2 NOS fronts for 81-87 I'd let go. I believe they work up to '91.
Won't fit my '76 so I do need 2 NOS fronts for mine.
