Th400 tci street fighter trans in a 1984 k10 not going in gear I put a new front pump on it was obviously broke from not seri g the toque converter right so out new one in and a new t/c the t/c was primed and truck is till not going into gear and it is not the linkage and other suggestions also the trans case is not in neutral trans is showing full on the dip stick also

My th400 would go in gear but only after 10 min of warming up my dip stick had air bubble on it as well i took the pan off and changed to filter i also added a spacer to hold the filter close to the valve body it fixed the problem im not sure it would fix urs u may have changed it when u did the pump

So you broke the pump during installation and replaced the pump and converter. Did you reinstall the pickup tube and filter? Is the manual valve connected?

Pick up tube and filter are in there good not sure what you mean by the manual valve though? Could you Direct me too it?

The transmission shift linkage operates the manual valve in the valve body. You may not have connected it.
