I have 76 Chevy with a np203 transfer case with the 2wd mod done to it. I was driving it today and decided to loc the hubs and drive it for a while to lube that bearing that needs lubing. When I got about 3 blocks from my house I pulled the 4wd shifter back and locked in the 4wd and everything was smooth. When I got to the house I figured I would check out 4 low and 4 low loc so I push the lever all the way fwd and now it seems like it's in neutral and doesn't move. I can put it in drive and and hit the gas and it just revs up. I pull on the 4wd lever and it seems stuck and doesn't move. Anyone got any ideas..

time to adjust the linkage underneath.

Should I do it in according to this chucks np203 linkage adjustment??

I got it out of 4wd, the linkage was screwed up like you guys said. My problem now is one of the rods has worn threads and is not salvageable. Does anyone know where I can get one?

You can probably grind a little off the threads and re cut some slightly smaller threads on it
