What you get depends on where you are ordering from. I believe to switch to the 88+ style front, you need the readiator support, headlamp assemblies, grill, and wiring. It's quite a few parts

My list now got:
. Radiator support
. 3 bezel pieces
. Turn signal assemblys
. Headlight assemblys
Still looking for the right wiring connectors and wondering about the adjustment screws and springs
Would be great if someone can share a pic of the connectors i will need

For wiring you can get a doner harness from a suburban, blazer, jimmy of same years. Or if you have the stacked headlight set up now. You can get the headlight pigtails and wiring it in. I used a stacked headlight harness and the suburban harness and it worked good. As for springs and screws. Try auto part stores. I got my springs from gm parts. Took awhile but got them. I think early to mid 90's full size gm vans had the same parts and pieces your looking for too.
