Just a fyi just got off the phone with a friend who works at a tire shop and 16.5" tires are discontinued. so used or swampers are the only option

Yeah 16.5" tires haven't been in use or around for a long long time. 16" is the norm now.

Power King Tire still lists some 16.5" tires light truck tires, but they're bias-ply highway rib.

I thought that BF Goodrich still made 16.5" tires in 33" & 35" sizes. If not, I might be in trouble because I collect 16.5" slotted rims (up to 6 sets now).
I know that Goodyear still makes 37" tires  for the Military Hummers, but they are to big for my needs.

http://www.stausaonline.com/tires/sta-super-traxion/ (http://www.stausaonline.com/tires/sta-super-traxion/)

They list many sizes of 16.5" tires, including mud grips and highway rib...

I know someone who has ordered from them and had good things to say about the company.
