I've just been throwing around some ideas because I currently have a spare 350 block I was planning on rebuilding. I was possibly thinking of putting a turbo kit on it but I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions about that. Any good things anybody has heard or experienced and also some not good things that they have experienced. Let me know. Thanks!

Haulin was working on one but not sure where he ended up. You would need a specifically built carb if you aren't injecting it.

I've done it several times with good results. I'm in the parts gathering stages of a turbo 6.0 swap in my 84K20. The main things you need to ask yourself is what is your budget? carb or EFI? What do you use the truck for? 10psi will make a stock 350 haul the mail, but you'll spend a minimum of $3K if you can do the fan work and tuning yourself if you don't use junk parts. You can do it with Chinese stuff cheaper, in fact, that's what I'm doing on my 6.0, but we'll have to wait to see how that shakes out.

Probably the easiest, although not the cheapest way:

Be prepared to shell out $6500.00

Check out the setup Pontiac used on the turbo trans am:

Now i finally know why the hood scoop was offset.

If you want to read up on it, here's a link to the build thread on another forum. I switched to a 350 around page 3.
