Just purchased a 86 2 whhel drive with LS and 4l60e swap. Rear is lowered using flip kit and nothing else and sits about inch too low, how can i raise it back up????

Other than putting taller tires on it? There is no easy way, you would have to remove the flip and then put shackle hangers on it, or buy springs with a specific arch, or have someone rearch yours...

This might be a little ghetto. You could install air shocks on the back

Air shocks or a re arched spring
You're talking about the flip that puts the axle on top of the spring right ?

Yes axle sits on top of springs now. I just think rear is a little low and want to go back up 1/2 to 1 inch. Id rather not remove flip and start over with hangers/shackles, however i may not have a choice.

1/2 to 1-inch isn't much.
That could be as simple as adding another leaf to the spring pack, using a lift block and new u-bolts or the air shock route.

if he has the axle on top of the spring , a lift block becomes a lowering block
Air shocks or those booster air bags or a different leaf would be the first thing to try
Some 2 inch taller tires would raise the back one inch if they will fit under the fenders
Post up some pics

Oops, completely misread that part...
