Title: Body styles for a 3/4 ton frame

Hi I'm new here and I am fixing up my Sierra. Unhappily rust has gotten to the body. I was wondering whether different body types will fit onto the frame? It is currently a long box reg. cab. I know a suburban frame won't fit, but will a crew cab fit onto it with a short box? Am I stuck with this body configuration or do I have options here?

The only thing that will bolt up to a LWB frame is a cab/clip and a LWB bed.
