Ok so I'll make this quick. I'd like to get a bigger bar for the front of my 77 c10 h/h and a bar for the rear. Now I have a perfectly good 37ft class A motorhome doing lawn ornament duty so a yanked the front bar.
I noticed the frame mounts match but the bar it's self is wider and mounted more outboard on the control arms. Do u think this would be worth drilling four new holes in my arms to attach or just locate another bar? The rear I haven't looked at yet

Will the tires hit the bar at full lock?

I don't think so, I'll have to look. It's only about an inch or two wider then the original

The sway bar should fit
I'd take some good measurement from the donor vehicle
The back axle in the motorhome might be worth some money

Update...
The front sway bar fits but not without modification. First thin g I did was install in factory frame mounts. Then the ends wouldn't sit in a place where it could be mounted to the control arms. Sat too far ahead.
So I removed the factory frame mounts and turned the. 189 degrees and reinstalled. Now they sit at an angle facing the back of the truck. I probably gained 1-1.5" reward. Now that the bar sits over the control arm I drilled 4 new holes as nessasary for the control arm sway bar mounts and installed with factory parts.
Overall the truck rides a lot flatter even with 1/2 cord of wood in the back. There is some roll stoll which could be from the tires or possibly the old bushings I reused from the motorhome.
