I currently have a 4" lift kit on my 78 K10 and am in need of new shocks and front spring bushings. I've been thinking of just installing a new lift kit that will come with all new shocks and new front springs (with bushings) instead of just buying the shocks and bushings. Superlift has a 2.5" kit that comes with everything for about $400. Anyone have any experience with Superlift kits? I'm wondering about spring rate and how the new springs will ride? I also found a 2" kit from rough county for a little less but from what I have read rough country doesn't get very good reviews. Not that it matters much but I'm running 15x8 CUCV wheels with 33X10.5 BFGS.

bushings and shocks will be far cheaper unless you aren't happy with the 4 inches.

I just installed this lift but my truck isn't ready yet so I don't know about ride height. I've read that this lift is a more comfortable than most, especially the rough country which is why I bought it. It's the perfect ride height for this truck and looks good.

carnation831: Thanks for the info, let me know how it rides once you get it on the road... A picture would be great!
