Hello Everyone,
I've been a lurker here for a quite a while, and seeing how my love for these trucks never seems to fade I thought I would finally join up and say hello. First I must offer a big thanks to this forum and its membership. I've learned a great deal reading here and look forward to learning more.
I've been slowly working on this truck around 9 years now. Some years are more active than others, just depends on other needs/priorities. Since it not my daily driver it doesn't force me to work on it. Just a rewarding hobby for when time and money allows.
The truck is a 1974 K10 SWB, originally painted Grecian Bronze. The cab is almost completely rust free. The fenders, doors and hood are new, aftermarket, as the originals were not rust free. The bed is off an 80's model, but a very fine specimen nonetheless, recovered from a junk yard. Nothing really special with the guts as I'm currently running a stock 350/350/205 combo. 6" Skyjacker, all spring lift on 35's. Open D44 front, 12 bolt rear w/ posi. Still have to hang mirrors on the doors, but currently fighting with the PITA dual tanks. Regardless, I love to work on it and it's a blast to drive.

Thanks for the warm welcome fellas!
AZ87V10, I'm in the Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield area. I seen some other members from the four corners area too, good to see! NE Arizona sure has some beautiful land. I've been wanting to take a trip through Monument Valley. This would be a good time of year for it.
I finally got my dual tanks working. New paint on the old tank, new rubber/lines, straps, sender and selector valve did the trick. I even had a little time to do some wheeling before the sun went down.

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome and kind words! I'm especially pleased to see some neighbors close by. One things for sure, you guys have outstanding taste in trucks. Square bodies are some of the coolest trucks ever made, and I'm hooked for life.
