Post by: Garry on October 29, 2015, 12:09:28 pm
where do the heater control vacuum lines go as I have as it appears one extra line I can't find a place for in my 1980 chevy with ac .there are five lines , one goes to the ac cannister under the hood m two go to the heater , one goes to the outside vent which is split in two as one vent is under thr hood and the other is in the cab . where does the last one go?

I believe there is 3 to the heater box. 1 to the defrost can near the pedal.
2 go to the can behind the box you can't see 1 outside and 1 inside the box for that can for the   Air diverter door.

Thanks . That sure solved the problem as I did not realize that 2 lines went to that actuator
