Title: Front Stabilizer Bars, need pic.

Apparently front stabilizer bars were an option, listen to this guy on the second truck, he mentions it.

Okay, so what do they look like on these c-10's? Does it look kind of like a shock absorber?  I think I had on my 94 jeep Cherokee. If you have a c-10 with a front stabilizer bar, please send a pic. Thanks.

Also, can they be installed, if not factory??

Yes they can be installed using grade 8 bolts.  The holes are already in the frame in front and on the lower stock control arms.

Ohhh ok, i'll check i think i do have.  I was thinking it was that sideways looking shock absorber thing which some suv's have to prevent back and fourth buoncing, i think its called a damper.   Good pics though, thanks!!
