I have a horn that does not work and a cigarette lighter socket that has no power. Have been looking at the wiring diagrams and am having a problem. I cannot seem to figure out where my power should be coming from for the orange wire that feeds the horn relay and also loops to the lighter socket. For some reason this circuit is no longer hot and that is the problem. My gut tells me it may be a fusible link under the hood somewhere. But I am having a hard time locating the source of power for this circuit in the schematics. Hoping someone else may have had the same issue before.
It is circuit 240.

Are you working on the 1982 BB Chevy in your signature?
If the tail lamps work, the fusible link is probably okay. Check the "HORN" fuse and make sure the orange power wire for the horn relay and cigar lighter is plugged into the fuse box cavity directly below the fuse. If the fuse is okay and the wire is plugged in, remove both and inspect the terminals for corrosion.

Yes I am. It used to be a 6.2. I just now walked out and wiggled the fuse and my mirror light came on that I wired into that circuit. Prior to that I just pulled it looked at it and it was good. I shoved it back in and moved on. All that looking around at stuff and it was just a bad contact on the fuse to box receptacle. Problem solved!
Thanks for the reply.
