Title: Step side fender tail lights

I have a 1978 step side.  I want to get rid of the add on tail lights GM saw fit to give the truck.  Does anyone know of a vendor that sells a kit putting tail lights in the fenders?  Either a bolt on set of lights or something that can be recessed into the fenders would be great.
