Title: Chevy 10 bolt wheel bearing nuts and lock washer

Anyone know where I can get the wheel bearing nuts and lock washer for a 1980 K10 with a 10 bolt front end? I have checked all around Southern Maryland and no one has them...not even the Chevrolet Dealer.....Any help would be greatly appreciated.
