Title: 86 Silverado passenger power window problem

My passenger side electric window has started making a grinding noise and only moves a few inches up or down. Window needs assistance moving only a few inches. Also, the top/bottom stop is off, continues to grind at full top or bottom.

Is the plastic gear available for purchase or will I have to purchase a new motor?
